Expect quality care for your pet
When you arrive, we greet you warmly as we check your pet in. A veterinary nurse helps you weigh your animal and verifies your details to ensure everything is correct in your pet’s medical file.
We schedule all consultations by appointment and do our best to bring you into an examination room as soon as one becomes available. Our goal is to see all patients on time, but occasional delays happen due to emergencies or when a patient requires extra care. We apologise if this occurs and appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, we provide the same dedication and courtesy to every pet, especially those needing more attention.
- You will be invited into the consulting room where a veterinarian will meet you, gather basic information about your pet’s health, examine your pet, discuss any questions or concerns you have, and plan further diagnostics or treatment as needed.
- If we recommend additional veterinary work—diagnostic, medical, or surgical—we can provide a written cost estimate to help you make informed decisions about your pet’s care.
- At the end of the consultation, you’ll return to the reception desk to collect certificates and medications, sign consent forms, settle your visit fee, and book any future appointments.
- Depending on your pet’s condition, one of our registered veterinarians may call you to follow up and check how your pet has been doing since the visit.
